There has been a little hiccup when I was transferring source money into Instarem's designated local bank account. My outgoing transfer was rejected by my own bank. After referring my situation to Instarem's customer support, in 8 minutes I got the reply by indicating another Instarem's bank account number and let me try again. The second try was hit and my friend got the money in 5 minutes. The whole transfer was completed even faster than traditional bank telegraphic if there has not been any hiccup. Anyway the customer support was instant and useful which solved the problem. Thumbs up for support.
