100% trustworthy

I had cash savings in dollars and euros and I needed to convert them into pounds. It was a large sum so I was a little bit worried of getting scammed. I looked at the reviews of COG and the exchange rate they offered and decided to go with them - I'm really glad I did! I booked an order online on a Sunday and the next day I went to their office in London with the cash. The staff was very polite and explained the process to me. Only two hours later, I already had the pounds transferred into my account (although they had warned me it could take approximately 24 hours). The exchange rate changed a tiny amount, but they told me this in their office and gave me the opportunity to cancel the transaction. The difference to the estimated rate I had on Sunday was only £3 in total, so I wasn't bothered, but it's good they inform you before continuing the transaction. Overall a very pleasant experience - I will be using their service again in the future!
