Efficient and Reliable Service!

I am really pleased with the service provided by CS which I found to be very transparent, efficient and secured with an effective customer engagement process. I have one suggestion though for at least individual customers who don’t have the choice from their banks to select a correspondent bank for USD funds transfer transactions that it’s important to ensure before transferring funds to the UK that only CS advised correspondent bank is used, otherwise you risk getting your transaction rejected and incurring unwarranted costs including potential loss on exchange rate when getting the refund in your account.
