This is my preferred payment service after it was recommended to me by some Filipino friends. Transfers are priced well (much cheaper than high street services) and are competitive with similar services. Transfers are also really, really quick. Often the money arrives in an hour or less. Communication is also good and you always know the status of your transfers. I've only had reason to call them a few times and the service has been good. The staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes not very effective. Even so, any problems I've had have been sorted out. Maybe if I spoke Tagalog my experience would be better, but that's my fault for being too lazy to learn. Overall, would definitely recommend and intend to keep using.
