I recommend n26 without hesitation. The customer service is efficient, fast and clear. After many months of using my card with the contactless option, I forgot my pin code. It was 8am and I was a bit panicked as I had just made a wrong pin at the bakery. One minute after, the operator explained me clearly the procedure to follow, and he made sure that my number of attempts was reset to 0 so that I could use my card without stress. Really happy about this quality of customer service, I couldn't ask for more !
