I've contacted customer service multiple times over the last 3 years that I've been a customer at this "bank" (legally speaking not a bank, but in practice the same thing) and I've gotten excellent customer service every time. They respond quickly and reply professionally. They changed their backend card provider, and therefore I was unable to receive a refund descended to my old card. They were able to give me a letter to forward to the relevant merchant, and overall were very helpful in the situation. Providing all relevant details on their end and suggesting potential courses of action. With low-fee alternatives to long-established business, you often hear horror stories of poor customer services (thinking about firms like Salt and the like). This was not at all my experience with Neon. I've tried the offerings from multiple startups (Yuh, and Revolut. I'd still recommend Revolut if you are dealing with a lot of foreign currency transfers) and I'd recommend Neon for people needing a Swiss bank account.
