I was hesitant to bring my neon card to Ghana at first but I'm so glad I did. Not only was I to pay (almost - only 1 store didn't accept prepaid credit cards) everywhere, but didn't have any additional charges. I'll always use neon for travelling now as I can see a huge difference between the banks I use and their fees.
