Driving Licence Renewal

I renewed my driving license at the Post Office today and I have to say that it was a quick and easy process. You take your renewal letter and old license. They take your picture and a sample signature. The whole process took 5 minutes and they also print a temporary license until your new license is received. I understand that a similar process is used to renew passports too.
