Hi all the below complaint was resolved and it’s due to a bank error in India. I got the refund and completely satisfied now. The only drawback is that there is nobody to answer the phone if we choose English as a language option. (Absolutely very bad service. Send money on the 24/01/2021 to india. Not reached on the account yet. Tried countless times to contact them over phone. No response at any time. Send complaint through online complaint platform. Got a replay saying money credited to the account but actually not credited. Emailed back with bank statement showing no credit to the account. No response after that. Thinking to raise a complaint with FCA. previously send few times that all went good and on time.
